The Family Behind the Equipment
US Imaging LLC is a Phoenix, Arizona–based medical imaging company with roots stretching back to the early days of film-based X-ray technology. What started as a family operation servicing X-ray processors for doctors' offices and clinics has grown into full-scale decommissioning and equipment work for hospitals and health systems — through every major shift in the industry, from silver-based film to computed radiography to full digital systems.
Today, Dan Alandar Sr. remains the driving force behind the company, with Daniel Alandar Jr. running equipment logistics and field operations with his crew, and CEO Karen Kroll leading business operations. Few companies in the country can match the depth of hands-on experience this team brings to every job — from setting up a brand new X-ray room to tearing out equipment that's been in service for decades.

Decommissioning & Tearout
Upgrading your imaging suite? We handle the entire removal — disconnection, hazmat assessment, disposal compliance, and logistics. Find out what it takes to get that heavy, complicated equipment out of your facility safely and legally.
Equipment Sales
An official Del Medical distributor — we sell brand-new Del X-ray systems across their full line, a top-of-the-line workhorse for any clinical setting. We also carry quality refurbished and pre-owned C-arms, X-ray systems, and DR panels from GE, Siemens, Philips, and Canon, every unit inspected and tested. We'll find what you need — even if it's not listed.
Installation & Setup
Full X-ray room builds from the ground up. Lead protection, equipment mounting, system configuration, and compliance documentation. Hospitals, surgical centers, urgent care, veterinary — we've set up all of them.
Service & Repair
Independent service for imaging equipment — without the OEM price tag. We fix what the manufacturers can't be bothered to support anymore.
Equipment Brokerage
